My Journey

More than a gym page.

My name is Carlos, and I am currently a pharmacy student with a passion for fitness, health, and faith. I started my fitness journey two years ago, and through that process I learned that discipline is not just built in the gym — it carries into every area of life.

As a pharmacy student, I am constantly learning about the body, health, medications, nutrition, and wellness. While I am still a student and not providing medical advice, I hope to use my growing knowledge to help people better understand how to take care of their bodies, fuel their goals, and build healthier habits with purpose.

Fitness has helped me grow physically, mentally, and spiritually. It has taught me consistency, patience, confidence, and the importance of taking care of the body God has given me.

PurposeRx is built to help people train with structure, eat with intention, recover properly, and grow in discipline through a faith-centered approach.
